Is Ascension Thursday a holy day in the US?

Can someone tell me whether today (Ascension Thursday) is a holy day of obligation today, or whether it has been transferred to the Seventh Sunday of Easter? I live in the Boston area and the local Archdiocese does not have any information about this on it’s website. The local parishes differ on the treatment, most are not describing it as a Holy Day. Help!
