No, our God through His Holy Church helps us to form our consciences. The Church teaches us about justice and injustice.

So if your conscience tells you it’s fine to take something from me against my will, you’re okay to do so.

Once again, the Church in Her wisdom provides me free and full access to form my conscience according the laws of God. There is no hidden moral law, everyone with access to a library or the internet may access the depth of the Church’s instruction. Those without those luxuries may still avail themselves, but, it is not instant (asking your parish to borrow copies of bound volumes, etc.)

You have access to the internet as do I, the Vatican and the Bishops have all of the formation available.
