Is breast reduction surgery allowed?

I have a friend who is considering breast reduction for health reasons, not cosmetic reasons. Her back is consistently sore and often cannot do many sport activities.

Is it okay for her to have this reduction surgery? Right now I think it is wrong.

Hi,

I understand that the need for such surgery can cause severe back problems because the body is thown off balance. There is nothing immoral about having this surgery for such health reasons.
