Is catholic answers a local forum? It seem that there are only about 12 regulars on this site?

There are 97 Official Regulars. However, looking at the top users, there are probably 20 Renowned Posters who are consistently popular. We have people from around the world here.
 
Not everyone posts regularly. But there are more people here than you think.

For active participants, go to “about”. Broken down by all time, last 7 days, last 30 days.

Both in 3 horizontal bar to the left of your avatar, top right.

Er, Osprey, sir. I think matching donations work the other way. Someone gives you $25, and you in turn donate $50 to the fund.
