Is Catholic World Mission a good charity to give to?

It seems like a good missionary charity to give to, I just can’t find any references to it anywhere else or reviews of it. Is this a good charity to give to and associated with the Church?

It is part of Regnum Christi, and exactly how they are intertwined with Legion of Christ and their significant troubles is a big murky.

I’d simply give directly to Catholic Charities or a Catholic Diocese in a developing country.
