Is Christ re-sacrificed in the Mass?

I am a Protestant who is trying to accurately understand the Roman view on exactly what happens at the Mass. My understanding is that the Church’s position is that Christ is not re-sacrificed at the Mass nor is the Cross-event repeated. However, I am trying to understand how this is different than His being “re-presented,” etc. Thanks!
