If it is true that thousands of black voters were disenfranchised in Florida just before the 2000 election, was this a moral thing for the Governor, a Catholic, to do?
If anyone with the power to do so, freely and knowingly sabotaged another’s right to vote for the intention of changing the outcome of an election that would be a grave injustice.
It would be an equally grave injustice to freely and knowingly accuse another of doing such a thing if there is reasonable evidence that such accusations are false.
