To understand what I am trying to say we first have to define will then intellect and finally discuss why our freedom is relative.
Will: Will is the tendency toward external stimulus. By external we means anything but intellect that could be experienced at the moment by consciousness including, like, dislike, logical reason, belief, etc.
Intellect: Intellect is the collective memory of all experiences which is not simply sum of all experience but the pure mix. The collective memory could be gained when the cohesion within a set of experiences is achieved.
Our intellect however constantly is exposed to different types objective reality meaning that we learn from them and our will is not free until we master a specific duty which requires a minimal set of expertises. This means that intellect is never completely free but relatively, depending on what was learn from exposure to objective realities.
