Hmmm … her official website and the wikipedia entry on her both simply list her as ‘Christian’.
I know she was on an episode of EWTN’s ‘Life on the Rock’, but can’t access the episode - maybe contact them and ask?

I heard Jessen speak in person once. After the speech, there was a chance for questions from the audience. Someone asked her about how she came to know the Lord, and Jessen’s answer sounded to me like a very Catholic response.
I would venture to guess that she might be, or could be, Catholic, but recognizes that by laying claim to any one Christian denomination, she would be rejecting, and be rejected by, certain other groups. She has chosen the label of Christian, and that works fine for the majority of Christians in the country.

No. She is an Evangelical Protastant. I produced her first CD in 1993 in NH. She stayed with my wife and I. We took her to Mass but as far as I know she has not converted.
