Is God in charge of your life?

I was listening to a CD by Fr. Larry Richards and found it intresting that he explined how God must be in charge of all your life matters.
Spiritual life, family life, love life , financial life, future goals ect. ect
It really made sense to me as a Catholic, but wonder how many people feel the same way?..giving everything to our Lord.

…don’t know if I can buy all of that… If God were in charge of my life, I would be without a great deal of sin, and that would also deny “free will”…

I would like to think that “God” is my goal in my life, and that i will be able to see the tree for the forrest…
