Jesus spoke Aramaic (Heberw was a dead language in His time.)
The scripture Jesus quotes in the Gospels is from the Septuagent (the Greek translation of the Bible), and it is at least possible He could read and speak Greek (most educated men, and most businessmen did in His time.)
