Is it a sin to go to work on Sundays?

If an employer required/wanted a Catholic employee to work on Sunday, does that Catholic have the obligation to not go to work because it is Sunday? Would it be a sin for that Catholic to go to work on Sunday if he/she did not need the job/money to survive?
