Is it a sin to watch tv etc. 3 hours a day

Would it be a sin if you watch tv for 3 hours a day or ipod, video games, other electronics. Would this also be a sin if you do this for three hours later in the day like tv ect, then you give god a hour with you. Will that be a sin? Sorry if this is confussing. Thanks bye.
 
There is nothing inherently sinful in watching TV or playing video games. Sin would only enter the picture if someone was doing those things instead of doing something else that was more important (i.e. work, homework, time with loved ones, etc).
