Is it a sin to work out on Sunday?

I want to go to the gym to work out, but I’m not sure if I should, as Sunday is a day of rest. Would it be wrong if I went?

No, not at all. Playing sports or engaging in some hobby is well within what is allowed on Sunday. What is not allowed is servile work that is within your control. (For example, if you have a job that is supporting yourself and/or your family, and your boss demands you work on Sunday, then that’s okay for you to work that day. On the other hand, if you’re just looking to make a few extra bucks for yourself and you have a choice, then you shouldn’t.)
