Is it all right to attend an SSPX chapel now?

Because Pope Benedict recently lifted the excommunication of the four bishops of the SSPX and nullified the document Ecclesia Dei, is it licit for Catholics to attend Mass at their chapels now? What about confessions/matrimony?
