Is it ok to bow at the elevation of the Blessed Sacrament?

Hi,

Wondering if it is OK to bow when the priest raises our blessed Lord in the Eucharist.

During the consecration the norm is for the congregation to be kneeling. This suffices for our act of reverence, an additional bow of the head while not problematic is unnecessary. However if due to physical issues or the physical space someone is unable to kneel then bowing at this time would be appropriate.
