This is the place! Your question should be: is it alright to kiss and hug a married man? Until and unless his is marriage has been declared null by the Church, he should be treated as the married man that he is. To knowingly and deliberately act in such a way is a mortal sin.
If you acted in such a way without knowing that it is sinful, you did not sin. But now you do know.
