I was just wondering if it is okay that I continue to go to confession at NO and then on Sunday attend the TLM, I don’t attend NO, I just go to confession there, is that fine?

Confession is not specific to any particular rite or liturgy of the Church. You absolutely may confess to any priest of whatever rite. There is no such thing as “TLM confession” or “Novus Ordo confession”.

Both the Ordinary (the “Novus Ordo”) and the Extraordinary (“TLM”) Form of the Mass are equally valid. They’re both legit Catholic masses. It’s totally fine if you prefer one or the other, but you need to understand that you are a member of the same church as the people at the “Novus Ordo” parish. The fact that this question even occurred to you is a little concerning.
Again, it is 1000% okay to prefer traditional liturgical forms. But you need to understand that “Traditional Catholicism” isn’t like a separate church or something.
