Is it okay to go to Mass (and recieve HC) twice in one day?

Is it allowed? I’ve gotten some conflicting information. I think the usual answer is “no”, but then I read something about Our Lady of Fatima asking people to go twice, once for themselves and again in reperation for the world.

Any (name removed by moderator)ut here? If you know, please tell me, I would normally leave for Mass in 1/2 hour.

You are permitted to receive twice in one day provided that the 2nd time you receive is during Mass.

One who has received the blessed Eucharist may receive it again on the same day only within a eucharistic celebration in which that person participates, without prejudice to the provision of can. 921 ß2. (Code of Canon Law 917)
