There is nothing from the Church forbidding it of which I am aware. You should be warned though that a priest or deacon may ask that you put off the marriage until later in the Easter season, given that the local parish will have just finished heavy workloads the week before and that many parish staff take time off following Easter to recuperate and spend time with their own families. And, of course, some parishes also will be busy gearing up for special Divine Mercy Sunday celebrations the following day.
