Is it possible to become catholic after abortion?

I have been reading online for a while now about catholic faith and I really interested in becoming part of it but I am unsure whether it is possible after a person has had an abortion?
I never wanted it and felt pushed into it, I know in the end it was me that did it but have regretted it ever since, is it possible to become catholic after this?
