Is it possible to have too many Masses offered for the a living person?

Out of curiosity, because most of this has never been discussed with me, is it possible have offered too many Masses for a person living? I have always been certain of the great worth of only one Mass, but I feel as though offering alms for many to be said is good as well.

Anyone know if there is a limit?

Also, does anyone notice that this type of information isn’t usually shared with many in most congregations? I don’t know about most of you, but I feel like the people who usually go to give alms for a Mass to be offered are usually older, generally ladies. I wish they’d tell everyone how beautiful it is to have the opportunity to give alms for this purpose.
 
That’s what I figured.

I suppose I was thinking about the Gregorian 30-day Mass offering for the dead only. Barring that, I’m guessing as many Masses as I want to offer alms for, would be fine.
