When researching for my upcoming senior thesis, I came across an unapproved (not condemned) apparition of Mary where she pointed to an image of Jesus and said to the visionary: “He is Your Father.”

Is it theologically correct to call Jesus Christ “Father” or “Our Father?”

Whether or not that particular statement is “theologically correct” would rely greatly on the specifics of the context. However I would consider it to be highly problematic. Jesus is the Son who is begotten of the Father. Conflating the two by using the same title would be problematic since it easily lends itself to Modalism.
