Is it wrong/a sin to discuss confessions?

Hi, I suffer from scrupulosity and this is something that is bothering me. Is it wrong to discuss what is said in the confessional? Obviously I know the priest is bound by the seal of the confessional but what about us as penitents? It has just occurred to me that I may be sinning here, given that I do tell those closest to me some of what I have confessed and what the priest said to me, my penance etc I would never repeat anything the priest had said if he asked me not to but sometimes I do get carried away. Also, is it a sin to ask others about their confession?
