Is it wrong to copy?

My brother has asked me to take a music concert dvd and burn it on to a CD. I looked all over the web for this concert on CD, but apparently it is not available. My brother says he just wants to listen to the music in his car, but he can’t play a DVD on his car stereo. Is it wrong to make a copy?
 
how many posts did you make on the same topic? I just answered this someplace else.
