Is it wrong to tell others your Lenten sacrifice?

Hi, I know this question isn’t really “in season”, but I was curious. During the Lenten Season, is it wrong to tell others what you have given up for lent if they ask? This happens every year and I’m not sure if it’s okay to tell them or not. Thanks!
 
Giving something up for Lent, while laudable, is a personal penitential practice. It is not mandated or regulated by the Church. You are free to discuss what you have given up or keep it to yourself. It’s your choice.
