I wasn’t sure which category to ask this question… but I decided on here since I heard it on Catholic radio-I think I was streaming San Diego’s Catholic radio sataion. It was an advertisement for Jesse Romero’s radio show. During the pre-recorded advertisement, the announcer described Jesse as a “theologian”. Is it accurate to say that? I know he has an MA from Franciscan University at Steubenville. But is an MA from an accredited Catholic university enough to make you a “theologian”? It seems to me there should be more qualifications than that. I mean no disrespect to Mr. Romero. He is a fine apologist-and I know he’s helped many, many people.
