Is missing mass for mental illness a venial sin that should be confessed?

I have mental illness such as extreme anxiety, bipolar, and agoraphobia. It is my understanding it is not a mortal sin if I miss during these times just as it is not mortal to miss because of physical illness. Is missing for the above mental illness a venial sin and something I should confess? Most of the time I am able to get out and about and I am able to go to mass.
