I have been wearing a blue scapular for a year or two, but it does not look like the only blue scapular I can find online. Instead of the traditional Immaculate Conception, one piece has Our Lady of Guadalupe and the other has the Communion chalice. Is this a legitimate blue scapular and may I continue wearing it?

I doubt that your scapular is “fake”; I suspect that it simply is intended to be a scapular honoring Our Lady of Guadalupe (click here for an image and description) rather than the Immaculate Conception (click here for an image and description). Blue is a traditional color for the Blessed Mother, which is why it may have been used for more than one Marian scapular. And, yes, certainly you may continue to wear the scapular you have.
