Is my marriage valid?

I was divorced about 2 years ago. I realized that my ex wife was never confirmed in the Catholic Church. Do I need to apply for an annulment? Or is it just considered an invalid marriage and I can remarry in the Catholic Chruch? Thank you.

Not having been confirmed would not invalidate a marriage in the Catholic Church. You need to see if you have grounds for an annulment. Talk to your priest.
