Is natural family planning our only option?

I was wondering if you could clarify where the church stands on contracetion? It seems I can’t find a clear answer. I am 42 and my husband and I have 3 children. I don’t want to commit a grave sin by the contraception I am using. What are we to use? Is natural family planning our only option? Sharon
