It would depend on the person. Most Orthodox do not accept the [Catholic] Marian apparitions, and some might feel uncomfortable.Would an Orthodox Christian feel uncomfortable if they were given an image of Our Lady of Guadalupe as a gift?
However, I have an icon of Our Lady of Guadalupe and I’ve seen icons of other apparitions such as Lourdes.
You would probably just have to ask the person. Unless you mean it to be a surprise, in which case you’ll just have to take your chances.

I know a devout Orthodox monk who painted a BEAUTIFUL Byzantine version, inscribed THE HOLY TILMA OF TEPEYAC.
The corners are knotted, as in the Icon Not Made By Hands, and she stands on a compartment of roses.
Below, it reads “She who has vanquished the serpent.”

Some are not too pleased with Catholics but others are ok. I for one have nothing but love for our brothers and would be please to have a gift of an icon. Hopefully your friend will feel the same for Our Lady of Guadalupe.

The person I want to give the print to was a former Catholic but converted when she married an Orthodox Chrisitian.

The gift should speak to the persons situation or need. Like an icon of the persons namesday, or if they have a special devotion.
What is the occasion…Birthday? Wedding anniversary?
I don’t think there is a formal recognition, but some Orthodox may have a personal devotion. Is the intended recipient from Mexico?..that may make a difference.
You have to put yourself in that position. If this person gave you an icon of St Francis of Assisi I think you might really like it, being something you are familiar with and of your tradition. But if this person gave you an icon of St Herman of Alaska or St John of Shanghai would you treasure it, or would you think it odd? Would you pray to St Herman of Alaska for his intercession?
If you think you would then I think you should feel justified in giving Our Lady of Guadeloupe.
If you decide to give something else of a religious nature, there are several Eastern Catholic and Orthodox websites you can order from.
