Is sacred Tradition on par with sacred Scripture?

Does the Catholic Church consider the Bible and Tradition as being on an even basis? Thank you.

The Bible is part of sacred Tradition, as it has been handed down in written form and its accuracy guaranteed and canon determined by the authoritative Church that wrote it.
