Is salvation through Jesus or the Church?

Help. I’m a new Catholic. Confused. Is salvation through Jesus or the Church. Jesus says I am the way the truth and life. No one comes to the Father except through me. An answer I read on another post suggested it was the Church. At least that’s the way I interpreted it.
