There are occasional articles about men being paid for [body parts] for scientific research. Wouldn’t this be immoral?

Disfiguring or amputating parts of our bodies without medical necessity is immoral, as well as is using them for research.

For example:

If someone’s leg needed to be amputated for medical reasons, it could then be used for further medical research. However it would be immoral to amputate a healthy leg for research purposes.
