Is taking birth control a sin?

I am currently in the process of getting married by the Catholic Church. I have a two-year-old littlle girl and I am on birth control. I don’t want to have another baby anytime soon because my fiance also has a daughter who is about to be three. Is it wrong for me to take birth control?
 
Birth control is certainly grave matter, and, if you are a Catholic, something you should consider confessing before your marriage. If you have just cause to delay children – such as already having two children three and under – you and your husband can use Natural Family Planning.
