Is the Book of Sirach a big reference to Mary?

In the Book of Sirach in the OT I see many verses and allegories that look like that specifically can be attributed to the Blessed Mother. Dr. Taylor Marshall made a nice article which talked about the four possible interpretations and why it mainly revolves around Mary and I wish to share them here with you

Could be…typology is a big part of the relationship between the Old and New Testament…however, we have to be very careful not to (and I am not saying you or others are) to cherry pick words, verses, or passages to support a hypothesis.

I haven’t, but you might want to search the CCC and see the passages (if any) from Sirach, and see what is said.

Peace!
