Is the Catechism of the Catholic Church infallible?

But, Anathema sit, now you have disoriented me: . What? The church is always infalible but the Pope is only sometimes?

I am not hung up. I said it and till someone proves the contrary, I will say it. Sorry, I am not going to peruse over 2000 years of history to see who talked about it. Maybe it was me the first to say it. What is wrong? As long as it is not wrong !!!

My apologies for the last post that was addressed to you. It was definitely not charitable in the way it worded.

I however hold by these things [and these are Teachings of the Church]

The Church is infallible at all times.
The Pope is not infallible at all times. [You did not think that the Pope was Infallible at all times now did you?]

And we will have to disagree with each other on the last point.

Yes your post was the first one to mention that the Church speaks Ex Cathedra. This was post no. 4.

It is generally [with you of course being the only known exception to me] accepted that only the Pope speaks Ex Cathedra. That term Ex Cathedra has always been tied with the Pope and not the Church in general through Church Tradition, Doctrine, in the Doctrine of Infalibility, and ect.

I have said time and time my point of view.
