The Holy Father has never dissolved a marriage based on non-consummation due to use of contraception, and it doesn’t appear as though this will be changing anytime soon.
 
I just thought I’d throw this out there to everyone using Aquinus to defend the church’s position, Aquinus didn’t believe an embryo was infused with a soul until somthing like 18 days after conception.
