Is the devil behind nocturnal emissions?

I was wondering if one does not have lustful thoughts at all but has nocturnal emissions, which from what I understand is usually caused from lustful thinking would that be the devil’s way of trying to control our minds while we are asleep or is their a better explanation? Thank You!

Dear Logan,

Nocturnal emissions are NOT the result of lustful thoughts. Nor are they the result of the devil’s work. Their cause is purely physiological. Usually, men who are sexually active tend not to have them. They are not sinful.
