Is the Diary of Saint Faustina Public Domain?

In the US books do not enter the public domain until 75 years after the author’s death, so no – St Faustina died in 1938 and that time limit hasn’t passed yet.
As far as the first website since they are also selling the book they may have some arrangement with the copyright holder or publisher.
