In one way, I think so, and in a deeper way, I think not. At the surface, I think emotions are physical, and my understanding of naturalism is that it professes the existence of all physical things and only physical things.

But at a deeper level, I think not, because I do not think physical things are possible unless something spiritual exists first. Thus, in my opinion, to profess naturalism is to undercut the logical basis for the existence of anything physical, including emotions.
