Are there any definitive Church teachings on what the four horsemen represent?

After reading Revalation 6, it stuck out to me that the white horseman was the Church age and the spread of Christianity, the red horseman was the world wars of the 20th century, the black horseman was communism, and the pale green horseman is the culture of death.

Does this interpretation jive with Catholic teaching?

No, because Catholic teaching does not fall into the Protestant dispensationalist error of trying to match up biblical prophecy with current events.

Yeah, I know it lines up best with Rome during the persecutions. I just didn’t know if the Church had a strict interpretation. Thanks for the link!
