Is the "rhythm method" accepted by catholics?

This is saying that during Paul’s imprisonment Onesimus became his slave, and he is trying to return him to Philemon, and he is asking philemon to release him when he gets him back. He is just asking him though. He isn’t saying that the Lord demands it or anything like that. Paul just thinks it would be nice.

No, it’s not. Paul refers to himself as “Father” to a lot of the recipients of his letter. Onesimus ran away from Philemon. He ran to Paul, because Paul was Paul, a Christian in authority. Paul did not then take “ownership” of him. He appealed to Philemon to grant him his freedom so that they (Onesimus and Philemon) may be brothers in Christ. Onesimus may have helped Paul out while he was with him and he was in prison, but a lot Christians did the same thing (all of Paul’s letter written from prison indicate as much), they weren’t his slaves.
