Is the Saturday Vigil Mass for everybody?

Without a good reason such as employment work or taking care of an ill relative, etc. but just attending Saturday Vigil Mass for convenience does this Mass satisfy the Sunday (Sabath) obligation to attend mass?
 
Dear Daniel,

One does not have to have a special reason for attending the Vigil Mass on Saturday in order for it to satisfy one’s Sunday obligation.
That Mass is considered to be a Sunday Mass.
