I think I may know what you’re referring to.
I hope it’s not a “youth movement.” I will be honest, many people in my generation are disillusioned with the way our parents raised us, and the current counter-culture of our time. There is a reason why younger nuns nowadays are harking back to the traditional dress, and why many people in my age group are returning to the Church, are converting, etc.
I don’t understand why this is called “traditional,” when that’s just the way things should have always been! It’s like when rules are finally being enforced at the workplace-- it’s not becoming stricter, it’s how it should have been in the first place!
I am meeting more people around my age who are practicing NFP as married couples, want to have large families, are heavily involved in their Churches, are practicing Catholics, etc. Even people that I know who aren’t Catholic, or who aren’t even Christians are bringing back some of the “old school” concepts because traditionalism has been shown to be the best avenue for living one’s life, raising a family, viewing the world, etc.
I hope this isn’t another “movement” but a true change in our culture.
