Is there a Catholic NKJV Bible?

The closest I’ve found, is the Orthodox Study Bible. It uses the NKJV as the base translation guideline, but translates the OT from the Byzantine texts (including their slightly broader deuterocanon than that of Rome) which means there are quite a few differences in the OT. However, the New Testament is the straight NKJV, since that translation already relied on the normative Byzantine Greek texts, anyway.

If you’re looking for a catholic/orthodox version of the NKJV, I think this is the best one out there. It has become my favorite single volume Bible.

I think that the nearest You come a Catholic NKJV, is the 1989 Revised English Bible - it can be bought cheap from abebooks.co.uk - it comes with or without the Apocrypha.
There is also a “REB Apocrypha” only available on amazon - I have it.

The reason why I say this, is that it in many instances follows the longer text as found in the majority text (same as what NKJV is based on) of the New Testament, and the basis for the OT is also similar.
