I am a senior in high school and will be having weight training this semester. Group showers are taken in the fieldhouse shower room after the workout, which inevitably involves revealing one’s nakedness as well as seeing that of the other guys. I am a Roman Catholic and would like to know if the Church has any official doctrine relating to such matters. If not, some sound advice would still be much appreciated.

No, the Church has no official position or doctrine on this issue, other than a general caution that Christians should be modest. The Catechism of the Catholic Church says about modesty:
Modesty protects the mystery of persons and their love. It encourages patience and moderation in loving relationships; it requires that the conditions for the definitive giving and commitment of man and woman to one another be fulfilled. Modesty is decency. It inspires one’s choice of clothing. It keeps silence or reserve where there is evident risk of unhealthy curiosity. It is discreet (CCC 2252).
Given this definition, modesty in the locker room would include not only that teenagers – and other patrons of establishments with group locker rooms – do their best within the locker room to avoid unnecessary displays of their bodies but that they also refrain from “locker room” jokes, bragging, or harassment of others (male or female, whether or not they are present to hear it).
