Is there a Chinese Group in China who helps people avoid abortion?

I know this is a strange question but I know of someone who is pregnant in China and this is their second pregnancy. When the government finds out, they will force them to abort the child. She is seeking help. She does have many family members in the US.

Are there any trust-worthy groups in the US that can help with this?
