It seems to me that there is a significant possibility of spreading disease from drinking The Precious Blood. Also, some Parishes require Eucharistic Ministers to use hand sanitizer (discretely) before distributing Holy Communion. The EWTN Mass has no sign of peace, and Communion with the Precious Body, only, on the tongue, exclusively. Thanks
